Someone named Jeffrey claimed that he has hacked the GMX email account of Bitcoin inventor Satoshi Nakamoto.

Original pastebin note:

Releasing the so called “gods” dox if my address hits 25 BTC.

And no, this is not a scam, you can see the below screenshots for proof of inbox > ownership and a little teaser.

I looked closer at the 2nd picture Jeffrey uploaded. Especially the part where the name and the address is blackened. The URL is actually https://www.anonimg.com/img/045d00e4624fb3c3ffc7056af07317d0.png.

GMX 1

The font is Arial, 12px. You may think if you put a black layer over a text it’s irrecognizable. But with a few graphics manipulation tricks you can see the text anyway. If you make the picture very bright and invert the colors you get this:

GMX 2

Looks like:

Customer:
PHONE 310

On the first look the following picture looks like

Bill to:
Anthon .ean
198 B..ce Street

GMX 3

Looks like:

Anthony Gear
4198 Bruce Street

GMX 4

GMX 5

Some people on Reddit said that there is no 4198 Bruce Street in St. Louis, Missouri 63101, US. But there is 4198 Spruce Street.

We also guessed Anthony Geary or Anthony Geay for the name.

Conclusion

It’s possible that Jeffrey made some mistakes. But it’s also possible that Satoshi himself faked the screenshots. We don’t know.
